Alright, this one has a bit of a back story. Please bear with me as she needs an explanation.
This is Hollow Eyed Iniquity.
She's what you'd call a 'void walker' but sometimes she's called an 'endless'. She exists between the land of the living and the dead, but only in the literal sense - she's really not meant to exist at all. She's what happens when the Fates play around with the timestream.
She's a member of the Iniquity family, but due to the foolish actions of the Fates, she never got born. As in her mother never got born, nor did her father or her grandfather etc etc. The bloodline died out five generations before Hollow Eyes ever began. But she was meant to be a pivotal character, the Joan of Arc, she was meant to exist to change things. And so, she came into being.
She's not alive, she's not dead. She isn't real and yet she's too real. She wanders through the world as if it's a dream, devoid of her own emotions she mirrors what's around her even though she doesn't know their meaning.
Her name was never originally Hollow Eyes, that's just what she is known as. If eyes are the window to the soul, then what do you call someone who doesn't have one?
She's forgetful, sometimes she appears in monochrome; as if she'd just stepped out of a black and white film. Other times she forgets parts of herself, but mostly her eyes - she's freaked many out by appearing with just empty sockets...though some times she forgets a whole limb.
She also acts as a ethereal weather vane - you can tell if the wind is blowing hard simply by watching her. If her mane is being whipped and buffeted, even if there is no wind in this world, you can safely say there is a storm passing through the realm of the dead. The opposite happens if there is a storm in the realm of the living and the realm of the dead is as calm as a millpond.
It's also rumoured that she will carry on even when the realm of the living no longer exists. When the sun has burnt out and the planet is reduced to space dust, she will carry on through space as if nothing ever happened.

Sorry about the book, but I just felt that her tale was necessary. She's such an old character of mine, I created her in '01 (I was 13) but up until now I've never felt that I could do her justice in any art form. Now I feel...able enough, she'll probably pop up a few more times in the future.
......Though she does make me wonder what's wrong with my head sometimes.
