Anywho, this is my Mass Effect OC. (Or FC if you prefer.)
Aetius Jankarr. 37 years old as of 2185 CE. Former Lieutenant in the turian military, went AWOL after a mission went bad. He wasn't the most liked or trusted officer to begin with, now he's so far down the meritocracy that he can't even see the Primarch's metaphorical feet. He doesn't care.
He doesn't care about a lot of things, really. He's a freelance mercinary based out of Omega and he'll do pretty much anything for the pay. He's ruthless and efficient but that doesn't mean he's a heartless killer - it just depends on how much he's getting paid.
He's deeply cynical of politics, often to the point of animosity. He doesn't trust merc bands, that's why he never signed on to take down Archangel. He will work with others, however, if they let him do his own thing when he needs to.
He's a soldier, proficient with pistols and assault rifles. Give him a sniper rifle however, and he's likely to hit everything but the target. Occasionally enjoys shotguns, but finds they can be a tad too messy. Anything technical, however, goes right over his head - don't ask him to hack anything, it's likely to end up exploding. Or blown up from his frustration.
He's not stupid, a little clueless at times, but not stupid. He also has a hard time getting on well with his own species and is often found in the company of humans, krogan and salarians though he gets on well with asari and quarians too. He doesn't trust the volus. Vorcha give him the creeps.
He's going to be getting his own story soon, I just got to finish up planning
